TaikaBox is looking for newly graduated dancers for a Dance Shorts commission.

 

INHABITANTS is a 10-minute dynamic site-adaptable piece for 4 dancers in wearable sound-systems that tours to theatre foyers in Spring 2013.

 

The audition will be held on 18^th December in the dance studio at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cyncoed Campus.

 

Rehearsals takes place on: 15^th and 29^th Jan, 2^nd, 3^rd and 12^th Feb.

 

performance dates (TBC) are:

14^th  Feb – Galeri Caernarfon

16^th  Feb – Theatr Brycheiniog

5^th  March – Aberystwyth Arts Centre

13^th March – The Riverfront, Newport

14^th  March – Borough Theatre, Abergavenny

21^st  & 22^nd  March – Theatr Clwyd

29^th  & 30^th  March – WMC

13^th  & 14^th  July – Swansea Dance Days

 

There are potentially two or three additional performance dates. The dancers need to be able to do all dates. Travel, accommodation and a small fee provided.
