Our community art hub in the centre of Oulu, we moved in during March 2026 and have been building Itu as a creative hub for the local performing arts community.
You can find Itu on Kirkkokatu, opposite City Hall, nestled between Oulu Bookshop and the Wings Restaurant. It consists of the main space, mezzanine lounge, downstairs gallery and basement.
We will be hosting exhibitions and events throughout 2026 (at least) and provide a meeting point and office workspace for freelance artists.

16.10 – 31.10 – HANNA-KAIJA TAKALO – performances and exhibition
19.11 – 22.11 – Gabor Papp – LUMO Light Festival presents: FOXFIRE – installation by Hungarian media artist (in the window)
23.11 – 28.11 – FESTIVAL OF AUGMENTED DANCE – installations and performances from Marta Kosieradzka (Poland) and Amit Palgi (Netherlands)
